� Leads and delivers excellent presentation standards across Hospitality and drives accurate stock management to drive availability for the customer
� Leads the multi-channel sales plan for Hospitality by identifying cross-selling opportunities across all departments and motivating the team to deliver
� Performance Management for all direct reports
� Succession Planning for Section Management within their store
� Input into the Regional roadmap to reflect local opportunities
� Brand integrity and market awareness
� Effective communication through the Regional Manager with focus on product and store catalogue
� Perfect implementation of all corporate store processes and policies
� Compliance and Store Assurance within your Store
Technical skills/business skills required
Being a Commercial Manager requires outstanding skills and experience, as well as a great track record in successful leadership. You�ll be able to show us how you�ve led a team of at least 3 Managers, managed a store or department turnover of at least �3 Million+ and taken responsibility for achieving and exceeding key targets, from overseeing sales and costs to promoting great customer service and inspiring your people to deliver it.
Something else we�ll be looking for you to show us is strong drive and vision, particularly with regards to how you�d go about moving your department forward. A real commercial instinct, a business management mindset and a passion for high performance will all be vital ingredients to your success - and ours.
