Babcock International Group is currently looking to appoint a Curriculum Developer who will work with Curriculum Managers and Training Managers to design and develop the training offer to meet the new Apprenticeship Standards.
Main tasks:
Work with all appropriate internal / external stakeholders to develop new material / methodologies to meet the requirements of Apprenticeship Standards
Deliver TtT for new material to delivery teams
Ensure all training developed has a clear ROI and assesses the needs of candidates for the less and more able.
Work in partnership with delivery teams to design experiential, effective training
Working with Curriculum Managers to achieve and maintain Accreditation/Qualification Centre status
Proactively maintain CPD levels across training disciplines
Ensure H&S requirements are considered and maintained in the design delivery of all programmes to maintain H&S Gold standard
Conduct trainer observations and provide developmental feedback
Carryout all relevant administration tasks
Respond to customer work requests for new material
Design relevant practical and knowledge assessments
Obtain and embed Manufacturer learning material into Apprentice Delivery
Utilise LMS systems to hold a bank of material
Ensure delivery material provides the necessary stretch targets
Ability to design and develop Technical and Non- Technical training courses using a range of software.
Advanced understanding of Technical & Aftersales and personal development design
Understanding of Automotive Retail environment
Understanding of luxury brand environment
Ability to be creative and innovative
Automotive Industry Qualifications / experience
Assessment Qualifications
Teaching Qualifications / experience
TAP Accreditation advantageous
