Facebook is looking for a full-time content marketing manager who is experienced and passionate about content development and community management. The ideal candidate will have experience at a high-profile brand, tech company, or agency, creating digital content marketing and overseeing community management. We are looking for an individual who can develop and deploy marketing and training content to Facebook’s entrepreneur and startup audience, teaching them how to leverage Facebook’s products to build successful businesses. He or she must be driven and have a relentless focus on growing awareness and sentiment for Facebook’s Platform products and Developer Programs, through content deployment and ongoing community building. This person understands different market dynamics, the competitive landscape, mobile app trends, startup industry trends, and how to positively impact developer sentiment. He or she must have experience effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and agencies. This person must exhibit excellent skills in brand building, content marketing, messaging, and community management. The ideal candidate will be creative, analytical and display strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. This is a full-time position based at Facebook headquarters in London.

Drive content creation and community management strategy for Facebook’s global Developer Programs to build community engagement, awareness of Facebook’s Platform and business products, and positive brand sentiment.
Creation of marketing, training, and educational content including videos, presentations, newsletters, webinars, coding tutorials, and case studies aimed at startups, entrepreneurs, and developers.
Partner with internal/external design partners to develop assets, content and brand voice for Facebook’s entrepreneur and startup programs (including branding, presentations, physical space collateral, e-mails, ads)
Work with regional country marketing leads to deploy and localize marketing assets while applying consistent brand guidelines for regional Facebook programs and investments.
Develop measurement and tracking plans to understand community engagement with content and performance against key metrics.
Distribute centralized community and content guidelines to regional leads, and work with regional teams to adapt to local markets.
Liaise with Partnerships and PR to identify external partners and organizations for content opportunities.
Manage relationships with external vendors to develop content and conduct community management.
Bachelor's degree (minimum) in journalism, marketing, public relations, communications, business, or related field required
6+ years in high-profile product marketing, brand marketing, content development, or community management role, either in-agency or in-house.
Project management skills, with experience planning and executing marketing communications in fast-paced, often ambiguous environment
Experience crafting communications and marketing to business, startup, and/or developer audiences.
Knowledge of developer/startup ecosystem and Facebook’s positioning to these audiences
In this role, you must be a self-starter, flexible thinker and outstanding communicator who is comfortable working across diverse teams and influencing different perspectives as you work across multiple teams including Marketing, Policy, Partnerships, and PR.
Ability to distill product or program benefits into clear and compelling marketing content aimed at our global developer audience.
An understanding of the global startup ecosystem and Facebook Platform products—key trends shaping the industry, key players, new trends, and a knowledge of where opportunities exist for innovation
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, Keynote
Team oriented—someone that is motivated by helping others as much as they are motivated about excelling in their individual role
Highly autonomous—ability to drive progress with little to no direct involvement from leadership
