The principle of Human Resource Management (HRM) is the first point of contact for all Management and Trade Union queries and topics. You will be based at BMW Group Plant Hams Hall where small fuel efficient, low emission engines for BMW and MINI vehicles are manufactured. As part of a core team, you will be involved in all aspects of human resource management including absence management, resourcing and change management etc. You will have the opportunity to interface with management, provide weekly statistical reporting and participate in the decision making process. The successful candidate will start June 2017 for 12 months.

As an HRM Intern you will be exposed to a broad range of HR issues. Tasks that you will undertake include:

Working towards an Undergraduate Degree in Business Management or HR discipline and be on track to achieving a 2:1 standard or higher
Knowledge of German Language is advantageous but not essential
You must be an experienced Microsoft Office user including Excel, Powerpoint etc and will ideally have experience of using SAP
A Driving Licence is preferred but not essential
