About the role
Our HR Shared Service Centre, based in Salford Quays, Manchester, delivers internal HR administration and customer services to M & S managers and employees, six days a week. We take pride in supporting all staff, even on Saturdays on a wide range of HR topics - from pay, holidays and pensions to recruitment, training and changes to details.
Immediate Start Roles working on a 3 Month Fixed Term Contract.
We recruit roles on a full time basis, working rotating shifts across 8am - 4pm and 10am - 6pm. All of our role require candidates to work a minimum of 1 in 4 Saturdays.
When you join us a HRSS Administrator, you'll be an integral part of our team. We'll entrust you with responsibility for taking general queries and delivering sound, accurate information to people in a professional and personable way to meet SLA targets. As ours is a confidential service, you'll be discrete at all times and comply with legal and company requirements while upholding our customer service principles. We'll also be looking for the drive to progress your career, so we'll help you devise a development plan for which you'll take on full responsibility.
As well as an excellent understanding of our services, you'll have great communication skills and be able to respond flexibly and positively in a dynamic workplace. You must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications. What's more your passion to improve yourself and your work will inspire those around you.
