An exciting opportunity has arisen for the Matron's post in Mental Health of Older Adults & Dementia Clinical Academic Group (MHOA & D CAG) at South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust .
If you are an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse with proven clinical and management skills at a Band 7 or above and are looking for an opportunity to develop your career you are invited to apply for this post within our Senior nursing Team in the MHOA & D CAG.
We are looking for someone that is forward thinking, able to develop ideas, inspiring, a highly motivated individual with excellent communication, leadership and management skills. You will be required to be a highly visible role model providing a high standard of professional and clinical leadership. You will need to have a strong commitment to the In-patient Older Adults Mental Health setting ensuring that a quality service is delivered, promoting the best outcomes for our patients and carers.
