We�re looking for an Asset and Central Data Manager to join our property team in Nottingham, taking responsibility for managing new and decommissioned physical assets via our Facilities Management system (FSI Go). Our ideal candidate will have had previous experience of managing assets in a retail, FMCG, logistics or manufacturing business.
Key accountabilities and measures:
� Maintain and verify asset data incoming from the property team, external suppliers and all other system (FSI) users.
� Lead on analysis of existing assets, as part of programme to focus on lowering cost.
� Provide first line support to asset verification via FSI Go users.
� Accurately maintain store data including the input and set-up of new stores.
� Maintain supplier details, accreditation registration and contract accuracy.
� Act as point of contact for manager and supplier resources, and system logins.

� Property internal team
� Other Store Development and Facilities Management Teams
� External Suppliers
Technical skills/business skills required:
� Experience of Microsoft Applications incl MS Excel
� Good understanding of workflows and task processes
� Ability to translate area requirements and feedback into IT Systems and Process leads
� Knowledge of statutory compliance processes
� Knowledge of automated asset management systems (preferably FSI)
� Confident communicator at all levels and externally as necessary
� Strong attention to detail
� Able to identify areas of improvement and pro-actively implement these where appropriate
� Ability to interact with diverse groups of technical and non-technical people
