Supply Chain & Procurement
� First point of contact for all Logistics related queries for Departments within the relevant Business Unit, as well as obtaining and communicating all Logistics related requirements to commercial teams.
� To support the Assistant Supply Chain Manager (ASCM) in managing the accurate and timely production of all the weekly forecasts for throughput, allocations, promotional, seasonable, continuity and residual lines.
� Providing commercial teams with relevant information to drive action.
Key accountabilities and measures
� Live Purchase Order management, ensuring all expected production is made available within the required timescales, as well as communicate and manage all exceptions within agreed SLA�s.
� In liaison with the (Analyst PO amends and BU Reporting) maintain Data Integrity of relevant Purchase Orders, ensuring the Warehouse destination, estimated availability dates and quantities are showing correctly in all systems
� Ensure the PO�s match the range plans and that the PO�s are created in a timely fashion.
� Deliver the Intake KPI to the plan, collaborating with the Logistics Operations teams, providing rationale for discrepancies and sharing most up to date information to the Allocation teams to improve Despatch forecasting.
� Working with ASCM to provide information to drive action to optimise the network and maintain availability.
� Share best practises with other SCA�s, and maintain Supply Chain Operating Principles as and when required.
