This is an exciting opportunity to work as a key member of the North East London Regional Team. This role will suit an individual with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise workload, identifying key priorities and proactively dealing with issues as they arise. You must have excellent oral & written communication skills, be flexible and adaptable, have a friendly and approachable manner, work with diplomacy and discretion, and enjoy having fun!
What is the purpose of the job?
To provide a professional and proactive support service to the Regional Leadership Team, acting as an ambassador for the North East London region, and the company at all times. The role will involve completing a wide range of organisational tasks, dealing with both internal and external contacts and providing administrative support as required.
Assistance to the Regional Team leading 13 stores delivering sales of over �160m pa through a significant period of growth.
Technical skills/business skills required:
� Commercial awareness & business understanding
� Working knowledge of Microsoft Office inc. Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint
� Ability to work remotely and as part of a team
� Strong organisational skills and able to prioritise work load
� Competent communicator both orally and written
� Attention to detail & accuracy
� Able to work with resilience under pressure and be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances & priorities
� Ability to network effectively at all levels
