We are looking for highly motivated and dynamic health visitors to join our innovative and supportive integrated Health Visiting and Childrens Centre service teams. We offer robust safeguarding and clinical supervision, alongside excellent opportunities for continuing professional development.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of a fully integrated children's services workforce.
You will be working alongside other members of staff within the health visiting team, delivering the healthy child programme. This will include assessment of care and the delivery of evidence based practice, working in partnership with children, families and our partner agencies to ensure best outcomes for children.
We believe in working transparently with families to ensure that communication, referrals and actions are acceptable and agreed whenever possible. This includes co-ordination and co-operation with other agencies and the deployment and teaching of staff.
You must be a registered SCPHN (Health Visiting) with current NMC registration.
