We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Change Manager on a Temporary basis, to project manage the business change activity associated with a wide range of HR operational change and improvements and HR IT implementation projects within wider programmes. The role will be accountable for the execution of each stage of business change to ensure successful implementation of the programmes into BAU. Key accountabilities will include;
� Executing methodology for business change, focusing on implement each key phase that includes: Shaping, Preparation, Readiness, Go-live and Post Go Live Support /Hypercare
� Understand the scope, guiding principles, impact and implementation approach for each Project
� Capture the As-Is service, processes, volumes associated with each Project and share with the broader Project Team
� Work with the relevant stakeholders to define and sign off the To- Be business requirements
� Ensure that relevant stakeholders are engaged in understanding the To-Be solution and change process
� Oversee the project�s operational change process engaging all the necessary Operational Managers and teams
� Ensure end to end To-Be processes are captured, reviewed and updated through the life cycle of project i.e. UAT
� Manage change plan in MS Project throughout the lifecycle of the project, capturing tasks, actions, and in a RAID log risks, issues, decisions, by audience group and manage the business readiness required to ensure successful delivery
� Build business change, communications and engagement strategy and plan to ensure all impacted audiences are prepared, ready and receive the change aligned to the guiding principles of the project
� Report status to key stakeholder groups and governance groups weekly prior to go live, and post go live and for the weeks of hypercare thereafter � status reporting will be factual and to company project reporting standards and packs
Technical skills/business skills required
� Previous experience of successfully managing operational business change projects � both system and non-system r
� Strong understanding of the HR operating model including HR Transactions and Payroll an advantage � must have a reasonable understanding of UK employment regulations and UK HR best practices
� Desirable to have experience of HR Shared Service environments � Transactions and Contact Centres, in or outsourced.
� Ability to influence at all levels, must have strong project management and interpersonal skills
� Able to act with independence, demonstrating high levels of integrity, doing what is right for the business
� Experience of working in a Programme environment, applying PRINCE 2 project management methodology
� Experience of using Microsoft Project to a good working level mandatory- and strong proficiency with other MS Office apps (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Visio, Word) as well as Sharepoint.
