HR Shared Services Contact Centre Advisor

Please note that candidates must be able to commit to attending training groups for the first 4 or 6 weeks of training and holidays will not be accepted over the Christmas period.
Subject to business requirements you may need to offer up to 30% flexibility to change your shift.
�You must be available to commence employment on Monday 11th September for mandatory training which will run for 6 weeks
�We cannot authorise any Annual Leave over the Christmas period and within the training period

If successful, you will be either working within our contact centres which will involve telephone work or working in an administration role within our offices.

About the role
You will support internal HR administration and the customer contact centre, supporting our M & S employees. Our services include recruitment, employee pay, contracts & references, system support, holidays, company bonus & benefits, and pensions. You will be responsible for confidently dealing with queries and providing solutions to our people, also keeping our employees records up to date accurately and securely.
If successful you�ll be based in our stylish Salford Quays office which offers a part-subsidised on site deli and is in vibrant area with easy travel links by road, Metro link, and bus. On a full time contract you will work 37.5 hours a week, covering a rotating shift pattern 8am � 4pm and 10am � 6pm. You will also need to be able to work 1 in 4 Saturdays, and some bank holidays.
The role offers a salary of �16,553 per annum. You�ll also receive a 20% company discount card, 25 days� holiday plus bank holidays and a contributory pension. In addition, you can choose to take advantage of sharesave and salary sacrifice scheme.

You�ll have great communication skills written & verbally, be confident in the use of Microsoft applications, be flexible and open to the changing priorities of working in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about providing a great customer experience.
