We are looking for Channel Managers to join our Managed Accounts team in our Oxford offices. Your role will be to contribute to the achievement of British Gas Business financial and customer service objectives by supporting our major and managed spend customers across the UK. We will look at you to providing clear vision, leadership and for all aspects of delivering a world class service to our Industry & Commercial managed customers.The Role

* Accountability for the delivery of all KPI's ( PIT, Debt, Retention, Deemed, Queries and complaints and failure demand)
* Lead to drive improvements to the customer service experience, employee engagement, people development and performance management.
* Reporting to senior management on performance and key updates on a regular basis, through presentation and other forms.
* Take a combined commercial and service approach with customers to ensure we maximise growth and profit opportunities.
* Assurance of contract profitability and embedding of a continuous improvement culture
* Meet customers on and off site as a specialist in their complex contractual needs and acting as a brand ambassador at all times.
* Delivery of a world class service to our customers through excellent collaboration and communication across the business.The Person

* Proven record of managing high value accounts/customers
* Ability to engage Senior Leaders
* Evidence of consistent delivery against targets
* A manager that is passionate about people, nurturing and coaching individuals to excellence
* Proven record of managing high value accounts/customers
* Background in managing the customer experience
* Track record in effective performance management and ability to raise standards
* Demonstrable experience in working with and interpreting data/MI Strong operational tactical awareness
* Business Financial and commercial awareness and acumen to support our end to end supply to cash processThe Company
