An exciting opportunity has arisen within Southern Health Foundation Trust (SHFT) to appoint an efficient and motivated Administrative Assistant to work with the School Nursing team at Alpha Court, Segensworth Business Centre. You will be joining a leading organisation that is both forward thinking and innovative. SHFT is committed to improving the quality of child health services across Hampshire and takes pride in rewarding the success of its staff.

Your main responsibility will be to organise systems and processes to underpin the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme and to provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including inputting of data.

With a positive approach to customer care you will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, prioritise your workload and manage your time efficiently.

This position is full time 30 hours per week, all year round.

Applicants must have excellent IT skills and be prepared to work in other bases when necessary. Access to a vehicle and possession of a full driving licence is essential.
