Based at Salford Quays and working as part of the HR Shared Services Leadership team this role will be pivotal in delivering our Service and Change management and our People Insights journey throughout the business. The Individual in this role will support the transformation of data to insight enabling the business to be truly informed around the people opportunities for business and commercial success. The key purpose of the role will be to;
� Deliver strategic leadership of People insight including analysing and integrating data to inform around commercial objectives
� Lead the development and implementation of an integrated business and people insights journey to support commercial and strategic business decision making
� Leverage the current business insights/analytics technology to deliver the future people dashboard requirements
� Implement insights to support the business with the development and implementation of the HR Transformation journey to deliver an integrated and innovative business and HR solutions
� Lead the development and implementation of a plan to transform HR Shared Services technology enabled service offering
� Lead and drive the delivery of a great colleague experience in all processes and services delivery
� Global mindset to support the business with HR Shared Services Transformation expertise enabling integrated and innovative business and HR solutions. Enrich internal employee insights by developing innovation in analytics to drive transformation and change
Key Accountabilities will include;
� Develop, build and implement a people analytics strategy and plan which integrates with business analytics
� Develop and deliver a Boardroom People dashboard
� Build strong working relationships with key business senior stakeholders to ensure that the analytics journey informs and meets the needs of the business
� Evaluate, set up and lead stakeholder relationships across business areas to provide streamlined, efficient and future focused HR Services to the business
� Develop, lead and implement the analytics and services strategy, working with all stakeholders to measure progress and drive completion of key objectives and milestones, communicating risks and success as appropriate using project management methodology & governance
� Work closely with the HR Centres of Expertise to develop a plan to implement predictive analytics to support business decision making
� Define and develop the analytics organisation & resource model, including the delivery of a high performing, talented and capable team
� Lead on the development of a strategy and plan for digital HR technologies working closely with IT to leverage future fit architecture
� Work closely with the customer and business insight teams to ensure people research / insight plans are aligned and provide the appropriate insight into business decisions and objectives
� Contribute to HR Shared Services strategy ensuring alignment of functional plans with HR Shared Services and HR Group business plans
� Coordinate the introduction of new services into and across the HR group
� Lead and manage the Service function working closely with the Operations managers to ensure the operations teams deliver an efficient, customer focused service and experience
� Develop strong partnerships and relationships with other members of the HR Shared Services Leadership Team to understand interfaces, working relationships and service delivery
� Lead service reviews with key stakeholders and customers
� Implement / embed the Service Framework as [art of the HR Operating model including: Service scope, Service definition, Service performance reporting, Service variations, Service management
� Lead and manage the service governance model for HR Shared Services
Technical skills/business skills required
Technical Skills
� People Analytics skills and experience
� 10 years� experience in HR and Commercial business with proven track record of supporting transformation in Retail and Shared Service environments is preferred
� CIPD Qualified or equivalent
� Consulting skill-set to define and facilitate innovative solutions
� Storytelling and visualisation skills to support presentation of complex data
� Customer stakeholder skills; building strong relationships and able to act as a trusted advisor
� Understanding and experience in web based analytics, predictive analytics and reporting toolsets
� Knowledge of HR emerging trends, technology and legislation to support transformation journey
� Understanding of HR processes and services and systems
