Unlike acute hospital services, Community Health Services, mental health and learning disability services are mainly provided in community settings with defined geographical localities. As a result we operate from various locations across Bedfordshire, Essex and Suffolk

Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiasticService Development Lead to work within the Business Development and Service Improvement Teams. The post holder will be involved in a wide range of transformation programmes and projects including delivery of the Trust CQUIN programme.

The post holder will hold highly specialised knowledge across a range of work practices in this field, with particular emphasis on project management and service redesign and transformation.
The scope of work will be extremely varied and challenging.
We are looking for a capable, enthusiastic, flexible individual who can provide significant support to strategic projects.
