We�re looking for a talented Visual Merchandising Manager in Womenswear to join us at M & S. Reporting into our Head of Womenswear Marketing, our ideal candidate will have demonstrable previous experience working in a Head Office or large Area VM role. Whilst experience within Womenswear would be ideal, we�re open to other areas as well, as long as you are a creative, ambitious and passionate about all things VM.
Key accountabilities and measures:
� Develop strategic Visual presentation strategy with BU.
� Influence the global product offer to deliver an inspirational in store experience and putting the customer journey at the heart of everything we do`
� Deliver Visual proposition including d�cor format, event zones, windows and VM partnering with brand and marketing managers to enhance the customer experience
� Deliver clear content to allow delivery of world class guidelines on time and in full
� Be the voice of the customer ensuring customer focused plans and executions across the Instore touch points
� Foster a strong relationship with the Content and Creative team, including third party suppliers to ensure brief designs are worked up through sampling/prototyping, cost management and rollout
� Develop the Instore visual merchandising and product handling brief to work with Content and Creative team and stylists (in the case of C & H) to design and deliver the VM creative for each season
� Lead the development of the briefs for new category in store schemes within a BU, and ensure delivery is in line with the overall brand strategy
� Be the instore expert within team ensuring awareness of key market trends, competitor analysis and fostering strong relationships with retail and international teams
