We are seeking an enthusiastic Registered Nurse/AHP to join the Quality Team in the Clinical Support, Cancer and Diagnostic (CSCD) CBU or Medicine CBU. You must be able to
Lead the day-to-day running of the directorate quality agenda ensuring quality and clinical governance.
Manage within required timeframes the CBU's Serious Incidents (SIRI), compliments, concerns and complaints, providing reports accordingly and ensuring lessons learnt are shared across the CBU
Act as a resource to all staff across the CBU in relation to Quality and Clinical Governance

The successful candidate will reporting the Head of Nursing and Quality for the Clinical Business Unit (CBU) and will oversee the quality element of the CBU admin.
You must have good interpersonal skills, be enthusiastic and hardworking and able to work under pressure in a busy environment.
You will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills and will participate in our training programme.
The CSCD CBU oversees quality governance for a range of support services including Diagnostic Imaging, Pathology, Critical Care, Endoscopy, Day Surgery and Theatres.
The Medicine CBU oversee quality governance across four wards; Stroke, Rehab, Appley and Colwell as well as medical specialties incl. Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Rheumatology, Osteoarthritis, Diabetes, Cardiology, Heart failure Respiratory, Muscular Sclerosis, Parkinson's and Stroke. We also oversee the Urgent Care Service (Out of Hours GP) and work closely across pathways with MAU and Community Services (in particular community rehabilitation, early supported discharge and frailty).

Our aim is to support patients by providing high quality care and treatment and to support them to return home or to further community support.
